Christopher J. Snow, Esq.

Christopher J. Snow graduated from Tabor Academy in 1969 and Villanova University in 1973 (B.S. Economics) and received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1977 after a one year leave to coach college hockey at Villanova University. During law school he served as a legal intern in the Barnstable County District Attorney’s office and as an intern for Congressman Hastings Keith in Washington, D.C. He commenced his legal career in 1977 practicing with his father, John C. Snow, at their Provincetown law firm, Snow and Snow, the oldest continuing operating law firm on Cape Cod since 1949. He is admitted to the Massachusetts and Federal Bars.

Attorney Snow is an active member and former President of the Barnstable County Bar Association. He is the past President and an active member of Provincetown Lion’s Club. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and a past member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Select Committee on Approval of Judicial Appointments for Southeastern Massachusetts Region and the Board of Delegates of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Attorney Snow is an approved attorney for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. While Attorney Snow is highly regarded as a seasoned litigator, he frequently is called upon to appear before many and varied local municipal boards and federal, state and local permitting authorities.

Attorney Snow was a former Director of the Provincetown Chamber of Commerce and is a Trustee of the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum. He was a trial commentator for Court TV during gavel to gavel trial coverage of a newsworthy murder case conducted in Barnstable County Superior Court. Attorney Snow is a lifelong resident of Provincetown where he resides with his wife, Kathy.
